I can tolerate quite a range of taste when it comes to tap water but the water at my new workplace is B.A.D. I took a look at all of the filtered bottles on Amazon and chose the Camelbak because I've used their backpacks before and trust their quality. So far I've not been disappointed! I didn't have any issue with suction like I was worried. It's a BIT more difficult than just a straw but it's hardly noticeable. Honestly most of the `work' involved in drinking is in the bite valve.I love the color and the clear insulated outer shell also gives it a cool look. The filter takes care of the taste although I do find myself feeling like it should still taste the way I remember it. I can tell the difference between my tap water at home, the gym, and work.
