I've used an Ott-Lite floor lamp as my work light for over five years. After three years, i just took it for granted that the bulb would last forever. Then, one day two weeks ago, with little warning, the bulb started to flicker madly. I had to get a replacement fast, so i went on Amazon and priced the Ott-lite bulb. Wow, that seemed like a lot. I then noticed these Sylvania bulbs where a four pack was cheaper than one Ott-Lite bulb. I examined the picture carefully, and it sure looked like it should fit my lamp. I figured i would give it a try, (despite the old Russian proverb that the cheap man pays twice). As is usual, Amazon service was very fast. I plugged the bulb in and voila. The light is a little yellower than the Ott-Lite bulb. But after a few minutes, i didn't notice much of a difference.The only problem i can imagine is that these four bulbs will probably last longer than i will. So, save your money.
