(I fill mine with ice and water and they tend to say cold for about 2 hours when I'm running outside). The bottle does not have a straw and you can easily squirt it into your mouth while you run... perfect for keeping a fast running pace for me. The jacket around the bottle makes it easy to hold as it has a strap that goes outside your hand... I haven't had one issue holding onto it while running. My only complaint is that the key holder in the front is not big enough to fit my car key, although it fits a house key just fine. It also nicely fits 2GuGel packets inside without a problem. The cute little 8 and 6 ounce bottles aren't worth carrying in my opinion. Belts annoy me. But this rig really gets it right.This has the least leakage of anything I've carried with a fast access drinking opening. Very, very minimal and if you lock the top, then it doesn't leak at all. The hand grip setup makes carrying it very easy and the pocket has just enough room for your car key, credit card and a couple of energy gel shots. It's the jet valve opening that really shines on this thing though. One of the very few bottles that I can drink out of at an actual run, when you're needing every moment to breath and you don't want to screw around trying to create a strong enough vacuum to draw water this thing rocks.
